Who do you think are the successors of Cher, Madonna, Cyndi,etc.?

The singers listed in above as the predecessors are Madonna, Cyndi, Cher, Whitney, Celine, Whitney, Tina and Janet

In my opinon:

Cher- Gaga (started a non-solo career at the age of 19, had really high ups of their career when became solo, Gaga had inspiration from her)

Madge- Britney (had great success with albums,singles and charts at their prime)

Cyndi- Kesha (was to do commercial pop at the first times of their year, produced four megahits in their debut album, did the music they wanted to do.)

Whitney- Mariah (vocal range, iconic status, became friends)

Celine- Adele (great vocals, award-winning success, balladic experience)

Janet- Aaliyah (had success even though they are not Caucasians at all, ruled at the time of either disco or urban.)

Whitney- Jennifer Hudson (great voice)

Tina- Beyonce (energetic at a stage)

Gaga is the first mainstream artist to swing in between genres at such a pace. She can belt TIHTY , then become a Metallica groupie, put some classic rock vibes incarnating Freddie & David, by the end of the day shake the dancefloor incorporating pop elements and before going to sleep swing some jazz along with living legends of music.
