Now, with much of the nation's fourth-largest city underwater, Trump's move has new resonance. Critics note the president's order could force Houston and other cities to rebuild hospitals and highways in the same way and in the same flood-prone areas. ... I have no words. Surely, it would be a good idea to keep that order in place. He didn't predict the severity (and I'm not blaming him for that), but why remove these measures consider the past history with floods? He really doesn't believe in climate change, and thinks this will help the Americans. We get lots of articles about Trump here in Canada, mostly the analytical ones. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a nightmare, but I have to remember that the words I'm reading are real and this is real... I fell down the stairs once as an actor.
