I think this is part of her plan to attract Progressive Democrats. This bill has a 0% chance of passing since everything is controlled by the GOP, so by her co sponsoring it she could tell Progressives 'I Support Single Payer', when obviously, I don't think she would fight for single payer since she is heavily backed by corporate industry. Someone like Warren, Sanders, or Tulsi would fight and fight for this because they don't accept corporate money and are funded by the people. 

Kamala is funded by lawyers, lobbyists, Insurance, Financial, and other big donors.

I do think she will run for 2020 and I think she is trying to come off as a progressive, but I don't think she would support Progressive issues like Warren because of her heavy funding. 

I am very suspicious of her.

Personally, I think the 3 big players will be Kamela Harris, Cory Booker and Elizabeth Warren. Bernie and Joe will be if they run but I think they're too old.
