what is even scarier is that the companies that may want to fire their employees for participating in such rallies might face serious court challenges because they will be firing employees for their beliefs which is basically discrimination 

Not necessarily if it reflects poorly on their company. I mean, they can bring it to court if they want but no jury is going to side with a Nazi regardless of the case. The stigma is too strong.

True. It also depends what court this ends up in, state or federal. If it's state it will be a Californian judge so probably more liberal, if it's federal it's a toss up.

i think another thing is that they may want to leave their workplace if everyone knows they're a Nazi since most people tend not to like ah gong around them. Getting hired elsewhere would pose similar issues plus you may not get a reference from said workplace. Really just don't be a Nazi lol
