Really wanted her to grab controversy by having a super classy video and not doing the expected controversy grab (had she done a non-controversial video that in itself would have been the controversy and therefore would have gained so many views). I will have to see this music video and how artfully it's done, but I basically agree with you. Adore You is a beautiful, moving, almost naive love song, so I would have expected a different take on the music video. And as much as people say Madonna was provocative with her music videos she had just as many that weren't, especially her ballads. People forget that when talking about the shock factor with Madonna and it's what made her so interesting. If she did one shocking video after another people would have tired of her.
