For over a decade, courts have determined that discrimination on the basis of LGBTQ status is unlawful discrimination under federal law. Its about white people starting to loose their privilege and wanting to keep it. Are we at all suprised ? Of course hes throwing the gays under the bus, wouldnt want sandra from texas who has two kids with her cousin to feel uncomfortable for having gay tenants in her building or at work ? No tangible law has been passed that says these laws can't apply to LGBT+ people. They're just saying they don't have to apply. Just make sure the judge has a bit of human decency in him/her if you ever have to go to court and you should be fine.
