Looks like Justin might just scrape a second week. Nicole Scherzinger releases Boomerang on Sunday, so it'll be interesting to see if she can disrupt Bruno and Bastille's gradual rise or if it'll be an obvious hit that just doesn't click.

Well I'll PM you if you really want to know why cos I don't wanna clog up the thread lol

Please do.

Doubt Nicole will get to #01, although stranger things have happened. Radio 1 have totally snubbed her

I'm not saying she could go to #1, but top three seems possible. When did R1 snub her?

The fact I have a Lana Del Rey avatar and signature should prove otherwise. The fact that none of my other favourites have released music recently should also prove otherwise. I listen to all kinds of music, from all genres and think it's sad when some people restrict their listening to only one or two genres their whole lives. One of my biggest hobbies is listening to music so much so that starting from last year, I've been doing the job of a music critic, only without the payment or publication of reviews - I listen to as many albums as I can and make a log of it all. A hand-drawn, coloured picture of each album measuring 3cmx3cm, with the artist, the title, rating, best and worst songs beside it, seven to an A4 page. I write up a full review on metacritic to accompany it. It all means I can look back on albums from the past years from now and recall all the best ones more easily and the notepad is so thick, I'll only need to get a new one once in a blue moon. So far, 2013 in starting out better than 2012, album wise. I made a Best and Worst list of music in 2012 in early January this year and most people hadn't listened to as many albums as I had or expanded their listening as much.

So, still think you know me? I didn't think so.

I've had a couple of PM's this year asking me about the "Bubbling Under" section of my itunes updates. Just to clarify, they aren't random songs I pick out for no reason; they're songs which are either currently impacting radio now or soon, OR songs which are re-impacting (a couple of examples of this include Mercy and Swimming Pools). I sometimes may drop a song from the Bubbling Under section if it isn't making any leeway whatsoever, or obviously if its fallen out of the itunes top 100.

:)

The song being used in the new Internet Explorer ad. It's in the same vein as Too Close, so expect this to be big.
