RAMROD 109,387
24 minutes ago, Possibly Maybe said: Listen to the Glory sessions first Especially 1:08 where she literally summons Christina Aguilera with the power of her vocals My question is: do you believe that this is a turning point in Britney's career, or just a one time thing? Reason being; Her vocals on this record have as much power as they did during In The Zone. Also, Myah Marie (notorious Britney impersonator/backing singer) doesn't make an appearance on Glory like she does on every other album since Circus, meaning Britney doesn't need her anymore. Do you believe this could mean Britney could go on to bigger and better projects, showcasing her talent (or what she has left ) in future albums? I hope so, just listen to that "Love Me Down" demo without percussion, or her "Liar" backing vocals She always have those vocals since the beginning, I mean, she and Xtine won against Jessica Simpson during Mickey Mouse Club audition. So I don't think there are turning point unless Britney allowed to sing alive again by her labels or management. River 116,504
I want her to get rid of the sexy song and be more personal and emotional.. like I'm Not A Gurl or Everytime Sometimes it just feels so forced like she doesn't want to do those sexy videos anymore.. I could relate to her at the beginning when she wanted to break the "good girl, I'm still a virgin" image, but now.. it's kinda old.. And about the virgin, can you believe that back then at the beginning of her career the media actually asked her if she's a virgin?! like I would scream "get the fck out of my p-ssy" if I was her.. today we would call it a sexual harassment.. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy
yes and 4,884
She will never have big album or new no1 (only ft or if she sings live) Glory is the great pop album, it has mainstream sound but none needs her except her true fans. The time of pop-divas is over. Did you think I'd show up in a limousine? No
