Bette Davis 12,742
It's clearly a dark time for LGBT anthems when they include Good For You in the list Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet.

baptism 2,670
2010 isn't modern? I feel like this is an obvious snub of the actual modern day LGBTQ anthem. Go to any pride parade literally anywhere in the world and the song that you hear playing through the entire parade on countless floats is Born This Way. Not ****ing Cupcake and Halsey. Groundbreaking. While Gomez is an incredible ally to the community, there’s nothing remotely queer about this song on surface level. It’s actually the story behind the song that gives it edge: co-songwriter Justin Tranter wrote the song with his ex-boyfriend in mind. In an interview with NewNowNext, he explained, “He preferred the more femme that I dressed -- the more heels, the more dress, the more makeup -- the more turned on he was.”

Their reasoning, basically "a gay man wrote it so I guess it's a gay anthem," is pretty damn tragic Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet.
