"Yoü and I" is hands down one of Gaga's best songs objectively and subjectively (it's my top fave tied with TEOG). The lyrics, the production, the Queen sample, Brian May...so perfect! It's Gaga at her best...inspired by the classic music she loves but making it all her. Just sang this song at a karaoke party last Saturday and it's always a favorite. I remember when it was a single having so many people around me say they never really loved a Gaga song until this one. I would just be so here for a whole album of "Yoü and I" and Queen type of sounds! I need that and a Gaga-Kevin Parker/Tame Impala-Ronson album and Gaga-Josh Homme/Queens of the Stone Age album. Queen is my favorite band of all time, and when I heard You & I for the first time on the Born This Way album, I thought to myself that it sounded very "Queen-ish," and then I flipped out with excitement when I read that Brian May had a part in the song.
