Should Gaga work with a completely different team?

she just "ditched" producers she worked with previously for Mark Ronson etc. for Joanne, so I don't get what you're talking about.

I agree that a fresh and creative new group of people would help her a lot but at the same time she has basically worked with her team for years and she always considered them her friends

I imagine it would be weird for her to be surrounded all of a sudden by strangers who have to follow her 24/7 

I think she keeps working with the same group of people mainly because she trust them

OMFG, yes! Will Orbit is a really versatile producer/musician. He did lots of stuff before (and after) Ray of Light so its not like he was just a fad.

Dressing herself? That's untrue and insulting to the team of people who put a huge amount of work into getting looks for her. Brandon and his assistants style her. Nicola is way too busy.

I think she'll collab again with Mark Ronson for the next album (so far she used the same main producers for 2albums by 2 albums (TF/M RedOne, BTW/ARTPOP DJWS)). But I'd love to see her work more with real professionals and less with friends

She should work with this team because they respect her and listen to her deepest feelings and ambitions. Together they made one of the greatest SB halftimes ever, so we shouldn't judge their competence the way some people do.

She already is an estabilished musician in less than 10 years. Now it's time for venture in the acting world and explore other talents.

I do want certain people back and certain people to work with her but that's purely because i'm a fan of their work.

I think the reason she doesn't seem creative any more is all down to her. I kind of wish she took longer doing things even if it meant we wait more for things to happen. Joanne was a great album and it could have been a better era but she doesn't like a lot of promo and she wanted to do ASIB. I just hope she tours, promotes ASIB really well and treats that like an era, releases new music whenever and doesn't surround herself with multiple projects and she gives the new album a decent amount of time to express her creativity and to showcase her work. She can keep her team as long as they're all dedicated to producing amazing work, that includes her

considering it's just her friends, i dont think it's such a good idea because she knows them well and knows they are loyal to her. BUT promotion is so important and none of them have that kind of skill. promotion alone can do so much -- just look at beyonces career.
