I think Act 2 will be a fully realized project either at some kind of milestone for ARTPOP itself or posthumously. It's not coming when she is still regularly making albums simply because it will ALWAYS look like a cash grab, even if it's execution is flawless. To do a throwback/nostalgia/compilation album will always look like it too very little effort because most of the material was previously recorded/produced. We as fans would appreciate it, but detractors could have a LOT to say about it.

Okay so I've heard this online many times by so called "insiders" and norms saying that there's a rumour that gaga will leak act2 herself before the tour or in the summer

I personally believe that ARTPOP Act 2 will not get released or leaked because it will be stuck in limbo with her old management. However, There is a good chance that the RedOne bops she recorded for the Original LG5 will either be released for the EP or will be leaked if the EP doesn't come to fruition.

Act2 doesn't even exist, it's bunch of demos or just instrumentals that were never remastered or filled into one album..

Why couldn't she do an independent release a la Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz online like on soundcloud or something? Just for the fans, no need to make it a whole album/era.

Y'all realize these songs are probably rough demos scattered across multiple laptops and hard drives sitting in storage units right? The odds of there being a single folder containing an ARTPOP Act II is slim to none I'd imagine

Sorry to add to the dragging, but how many threads have you made now talking about twitter "insiders"? 

We can have our hopes up for Act II, but all we will do is cause disappointment and heartbreak to ourselves.
