I agree she should've done more EU promo (although UK/US/Japan promo were all kickass, which are the most important NA/Euro/APAC markets) but I'm not sure it would've been very responsive. Joanne in general has a very American-centric sound, which she probably realized hence the US-focus with the promo/tour.
