That being said, I think Interscope is one of the best labels for an artist to be in, they let their artists roam free and find a somewhat good balance between artistic integrity and commercial interests. She never said she was forced to-- She said she wants to pour her money into her work. Madonna and other Interscope acts that are as big as Gaga get big budgets. I'm sure she's no different. They could be a lot more strict on her and I'm sure Gaga knows that. Spoiler Also whoever at Interscope thought Perfect Illusion was the best song to lead the album in is a mess. Interscope is either sometimes amazing with singles and other times a disaster. Lol. They pushed for Alejandro which I think was a great decision, esp in Europe. They also wanted to push TEOG and dumped Judas quickly, another good decision. I also think they picked Applause as the lead of ARTPOP. PI was stupid though. They also mismanaged DWUW terribly. I believe that is the main reason why she is gonna stick with them! On the other hand, they really mismanaged some things in the past when it comes to Gaga.
