He bests Drake’s More Life, which had 505k (SPS) and held the record for biggest SPS bow until now. But Lamar also breaks Ed Sheeran’s record for the best-selling first week of the year; Divide opened with 350k in album sales and DAMN bested that with around 362k. I have no idea why you guys compare it to PI when it was released during the time when Closer was selling like 200k. TC wouldn't have gone #1 at all in such sales climate.
