That tweet seems like a LM hacked their twitter and wrote it in order to make them look bad. He also wrote something about Nicki Minaj. It's my hypothesis. Who else other than a LM would know about Joanne's sexual abuse situation? 

And I've heard their music. I don't like it but I don't hate them just because. I'm not defending them, but the comments on Metacritic by LM are just ridiculous and childish.

The tweets came after he said he was hacked. 

You can't hack Twitter for iPhone, it requires dual verification. It's only a coincidence of what he said about Joanne, not that he knew.

Tbh it's funny but what's even funnier is all the monsters running to lash people for their MC scores. When ARTPOP and Joanne received underwhelming scores on MC there was a resounding cry of "critics don't matter!". Clearly this is a much worse response, but still. I guess that's just stan hypocrisy in general, though.
