Bradley 59,023 Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 She won't and I won't want her to because she usually tweaks and edits her music until the very release of the actual album, that means ARTPOP Act II is relatively raw and unfinished, albeit full demos available, in comparison with the brilliant ARTPOP that was released. Remember how the studio version of Red Flame and Partynauseous disappointed people? Anderson123 38,277 Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 I'm pretty sure she KNOWS we want Act II and it'd have been a nice idea back when ARTPOP was having a hard time, but she has moved on from that. If she didn't release it back then or leaked it just for the hell of it, I don't think she's going to do that now, Joanne is a completely different album and sound from that and she probably doesn't want people to get distracted by it. Trust me, I want Act II as much as you do but it's probably bad memories for her and she has moved on.
