I think they actually filmed near a forest because I remember one of the dancers in the video posted a BTS photo even before we even knew of the video and it was in a forest area. You can tell at the end of the video when she's walking away that it's not green screen. They did a great job replicating her million reasons hair and makeup too. She'd do all the driving scenes where you don't see her face, and there's green screen for Gaga when there's close ups. So she was walking at the end of the video, there's no danger in walking.
