thedirtymonster 656
Has anyone else come to the realization that Cheek 2 Cheek was actually a massive hit? It kind of lingered, and they milked it for quite a while, but I just got lost in a wikipedia wormhole and came to the realization that it was a huge success. To put it in perspective, it's a freaking JAZZ album and it sold more than 3 times as many copies in the US as Madonna's "Rebel Heart" album! As of this post, Cheek 2 Cheek is sitting at 716,000 copies sold. I think with a few more HSN specials, it can sell even more! LOL! I know there was a meme somewhere of that HSN goddess... skaxboy 4,398
It debuted at number one, sold impressively, had a successful tour, and got a Grammy. I'm glad she did it since so many non-pop music fans bash on popstars for not making "real music." This just shows how talented she is. I wouldn't mind another Jazz era.
