Like USA talk shows can invite her since she's staying in USA but for other countries tv shows im sure its mostly her team that calls because how would they know Gaga's coming to france, for example? Well its probably like a general E-mail saying something like Lady Gaga is coming to europe with all the dates like idk 1-2-3-4 march staying at X city in X country, then 5-6-7-8 march staying at X city in X country, and then if the talk shows are interested they reply and give dates and probably ask for how much they're willing to give, idk. With all the money Gaga has, i don't see why she would ask for much money. I mean, those interviews generate promo, which leads to more album sales/streams and tour tickets + its A BIG GIFT for the fans (aka what gaga says matters the most in her career) so idg why she would ask lots of $$$$ and simply not go if they dont want to give it to her...
