She'll go whenever they will nominate her again (which could be never since the BRIT awards are heavily based on commercial success and well Gaga is sort of forgotten in the UK unfortunately). They give a brief nod to international artists (they literally got through all of the international artist awards in like two minutes ) and allow a couple to perform occasionally but the night isn't supposed to be about them.
