I'd say its more slapstick/silly comedy than black comedy, black comedy is more when you're making fun of serious situations that shouldnt be joked about

It's more like campy horror /comedy horror but not brutal enough, like the Grindhouse movies or Scream Queens.

I think black comedy is different, more deadpan and more twisted. Black Comedy is like making a joke about corpses or smth like that.

Yes, definitely. It's referencing 70s grindhouse films and some camp dark comedies like John Waters' films.

Yeah, I think it was not dark and too perplexing enough to belong as dark comedy. But it has some little elements of it, I think. Even the Gaga corpse was not taken seriously.  The flattened dog was like a disturbing kind of humor. But most Akerlund videos show dead people not seriously, tho.
