Second of all, this kid probably sat through two dozen performances of patriotic songs today and behaved like a total gentlemen through all of them. Not only do a lot of kids his age have phones, it is none of your business if he has a cell phone, you aren't his parent. There is nothing wrong with him having a cell phone. Shame on you.
