And Jennifer isn't trying to live off of her old hits, whatever those are, considering a vast majority of her singles didn't chart in the top ten? We have no information regarding her relationship other than the fact her engagement has ended, which may very well be for the best, and that she is dating her dancer, which may be the one for her for all we know.

Please show me the talent within Jennifer's entire career? Jennifer's entire range is disconnected, unfocused, she has nearly no control, and intonation problems, not to mention how often she strains. She's an average dancer at best, she has nearly no writing credits, she has nearly no credits in production, and looks aren't involved in the topic of talent, considering neither Mariah nor Jennifer likely even dress themselves.

Mariah's voice has shown a decline, which is to be expected when you have one of the most demanding catalogs and nodules because of overuse. But she still sounds great, as evidenced by her recent tour, and both her and Jennifer have lipped in the past, so that's a dead end. Not to mention, Mariah has credits on nearly all of her songs, some written entirely by her, and production credits on many of her songs as well. I'll give it to Jennifer for being a better dancer. 

A weak performance doesn't discredit someone's talent, in that case Gaga isn't very talented either. 

That said, I didn't come in here to argue over which artist is better, I merely came in here to tell you there was no need to mention Mariah, 'cause there wasn't. Bye.

Wow you're angry. Actually, On the Floor sold 9 million copies world wide in 2011.  When was the last time Britney or Mariah had a single sell 9 million copies worldwide. (Never) Lol hey did you know JLo broke Britney's record as the best selling concert date at the Axis in Vegas. Oh and Jennifer has performed around half her of her 58 shows in Vegas and grossed 35M while Mariah performed all of her 50 shows in Vegas and grossed 21M. Lol listen I'm done debating this with you. I love Britney too much to keep posting facts about her. Glory is her best album since Blackout and should be doing alot better.

And Jennifer is dating Drake for publicity  and she's desperate for a hit, I've never seen anyone stoop to the likes of asking Meghan Trainor for a song produced by someone who's faced a lot of backlash for allegations and keeping a girl from pursuing her musical career.

Well I was discussing a NYE performance. We compare stars performances all the time. We compared the Rihanna's performance to the Beyoncé MTV awards performance. We compared the Selena AMA to the Ariana AMA. This is a pop music website. Comparing is basically half the threads here. We do side by side comparisons of albums. We have done side by side fashion comparisons. So I mention Mariah because she ALSO had a NYE performance and I mentioned a quote in which Mariah directly refers to when she was asked about JLo. So yeah there is your reason for why I choose to mention Mariah. It would be something completely different if I decided to just mention some other artist who had nothing to do with 2017 NYE.
