Aren't we in the middle of a Christmas freeze? :oprah:

Top 40 isnt like adult contemporary. It literally doesnt freeze till like the day before christmas and other singles were rising while MR flattened out

Fans whine when Gaga doesn't promote, claiming that they just want to see her perform... but then they want her to cancel her era when the singles underperform.

This whole fanbase should just be called Little Chartsers. :interestinga:

Seeing how 'much' she's involved in her videos lately, I don't think we will have a video shot by a professional director this era...

Don't be so negative, have some faith.

The melody that you choose can rescue you ♥

Doesn't radio usually kind of look for a few new songs to start spinning first couple weeks after New Year?  This seems like such an obvious choice at this point.  It's already been added by the biggest station in the country.  Why wouldn't the rest of the stations add it now and start playing it more?

This song had nothing going for it from the get-go. And after this video you think it can survive? No way. The worst single and video she has ever released, and Joanne gave her plenty to work with. What a shame.

the music video really killed every chance of it being a hit

It literally dropped out of the top 100 on iTunes a week after the MV came out. lmao.

I love MR but babes, it is done and there is not a thing we can do about it. The live performances were amazing, but the music video straight up killed anything that the song had going for it chartwise. Still a beautiful song, just a messy single.

Nope. All other singles are rising. I love MR but we need to stop making excuses. Video is out and the song didn't stick. Time to move on

at this point, only the superbowl performance can save MR  :unicorn:

I really don't want her promoting this song anymore. It's had Carpool karaoke, Budlight commercials, American Music Awards, SNL, Victoria's Secret Fashions show, Alan Carr, and the Royal Variety Show. It ain't sticking.

Id rather her not waste another promo spot for MR, really focus on another song and promote the album more.

Doesn't help that the video is complete scheiße.

Literally describes DWUW, GUY, PI, MR. She needs to think long and hard if she wants to release another single from Joanne, because if she does then she needs to have a concise plan. Promo laid out in advance, not a throwaway video, maybe a radio deal.
