Gaga's singles radio impact usually very late and Interscope not doing payola for her anymore. And she can't promote a 3rd single now , she's focusing on the SuperBowl . It's the only single growing on radio and doing well sales wise WW so it would behoove her to perform it. Besides, there is usually always one ballad at a halftime show and it would make sense for MR to be it. That being said, I'm not against her launching the third single at the SB and starting it off right with A-YO and "Here we goooo" If MR hasn't grown and shown to become a clear hit by then I think it will sadly be time to move on with a third single. A-YO is the only other possible hit and even then it would probably only be big in NA unless DIC can actually happen and be the fourth single.
