Im a 19year old gay male who lives in Philly. Hello, I'm just going to start off by saying I don't want to fight or hate on you or anything, but burning the flag is not illegal in the United States. They can be fined for a misdemeanor if they don't have a fire permit though. I know you've seen posts about "Trumps America" and how people are actually violentlyassaulting/bullying minorities and destroying property/homes of minorities. So compared to that, no burning the flag in a protest is not that extreme in my opinion.
