In the 1990s Russia was in constant turmoil. Not any longer. Let's call the new conflict the Part 2 of the Cold War, just like how Germany wanted revenge for losing WWI. He's already talked about dropping out of NATO and uses the fear of a war with Russia against Hillary, as if she'll be the instigator in that situation. I also feel like he's much more likely to set off the nuclear war we're all scared of. Here's hoping that's an irrational fear though.
