They sometimes have musical performers at the end of the stream regardless of whether apple music was discussed, however the OP is still a GIANT reach. The music comes from Beats1 radio and A-YO was sent to radios recently so it's obviously going to be played.

I feel awful because they're giving this song too much importance and people are just loving Million Reasons. They do seem stupid sometimes when it comes to promote singles

It's a pretty small stage though so I don't think she'll perform. When Sia performed the stage was a lot bigger. It would be cool if I'm wrong though!
