Alien is one of my favorite Britney tracks - it makes for a great opener. It Should Be Easy is hella autotuned but I totally go hard to the song. Tick Tick Boom (can't deal with the awful typo...) is AMAZING. Such a good song. Till It's Gone totally should have been a single - the GP would have eaten it up. Passenger was meaningful lyrics - I like the rock vibe. Lastly, I think Hold On Tight is one of her best non-singles. I love the album! Body Ache, Chillin With You (deleted...), Don't Cry, and Brightest Morning Star are meh. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Work Bitch was also a very good video we got from that era and the last true iconic choreo from her compared to Glory which has been a mess all around (minus the music.) I really wish she had done half the record with Orbit and the other with EDM producers. Stuff like "Alien" and her personal songs on there were beautiful while some songs just ruined the theme of the record. It also didn't help that the Myah singing most of the songs thing came to light. It's weird she didn't promote much of the record during this era minus POM but she's been performing WB more than her own Glory material this past year. The record could have been better if it indeed was "her most personal record" as it was advertised but with the ghost singing, no promo, canned Perfume video and the song flopping, fans hate it because it was groundhog era for Britney where she didn't do much and was an era where they lowered their expectations even worse than Femme Fatale did. Lucas 27,122 Posted October 14, 2016 Share Posted October 14, 2016 It's not THAT bad, but it's far from the level of her other albums, and she doesn't sing on some songs (Work Bitch, Passenger, Body Ache, Now That I Found You). Chillin' With You and It Should Be Easy are horrible songs. In my opinion the album was rush recorded and rush released so she could promote both the residency and the album during interviews... But maybe Britney Jean's flop is what made Britney work harder on Glory so let's be thankful for it anyway Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
