it's going to be either a  band or some male artist next year.I'd say Maroon 5.

Drake is too bland for Superbowl :air:

Coldplay and Maroon 5 are hardly the most exciting performers :rip:

I think Drake actually makes a lot of sense. From a demographic perspective anyway.

Eminem and Kanye West both seem too controversial as Half Time performers. I'd love to see it happen (Kanye especially) but I can't see it.

Kanye doesn't really have many hit /memorable songs :gaycat:

Sure he does, if Bruno Mars can get a half-time show Kanye can no problem. It wouldn't happen though, like I said he is too controversial for the family friendly halftime show.

I'd pay just to see Kanye rant at the Superbowl conference though tbh.

"All the players wearing Nike, my Yeezys sold out in 7 minutes, the NFL should be supporting artists! Adidas said they could make more product for more people, that's why I went with them and the NFL and Superbowl should be wearing Yeezys.  Let me tell you the Nike CEO is: His name is Mark Parker, and he just lost culture. Everyone at Nike, everyone at Nike, Mark Parker just let go of culture.

I brought back that feeling you ain't never felt about a shoe since the Jordans, I put that feeling, that same feeling I put in College Dropout, in Graduation.

I am the future. In 20 years every athlete is going to be running around in their brand new Yeezys. LISTEN TO THE KIDS yo, LISTEN TO THE KIDS."

I think it'll be Rihanna next year with Drake or vice versa (provided they're still on gd terms)

Then Taylor when she releases T6, cos rn she only has bops from 2 albums, it'll be better if thrs a 3rd to even the odds. (e.g. 2 from RED, 2 from 1989 & 2 from T6)

Jennifer Lopez if she's not entirely irrelevant anymore :awkney:

Britney, sometime in the future

Maroon 5 (but it'll be boring af just like Coldplay)

& maybe Mariah Carey...? idk if she'll even want to do it

Coldplay weren't boring, they just weren't controversial. They put on an amazing show. Maroon 5 don't even come close to them and definitely would be less interesting, sorry.

Britney and Rihanna. I think the Superbowl staff stated before that they don't want rappers right?
