MuffinMan 3
Her talking voice totally doesn't match her singing voice. Doesn't match her body at all. She sounds so... stupid Almost Valley Girl, lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyASvWlpzbg She should speak like when she says "time to give in to the kindness of strangers" in Kinda Outta Luck. Eloquence 2
However, keep in mind that, although she does write her own music, her entire image, name and music style has been manufactured by her management and label. She's been quite open about that. That is quite obvious, and I respect her for not trying to keep it a secret. She's got talent, and if it took her father's money to get it recognized, then so be it. Lana Del Rey 1
everything she's ever done is flawless and will continue to be.
Save-Me-Oprah 6
everything she's ever done is flawless and will continue to be. Don't get too cocky now, Lana. Sheesh. You haven't even released an album yet. You aren't even verified on Twitter! Edited December 15, 2011 by Save-Me-Oprah
ChasingTheGhost 2
everything she's ever done is flawless and will continue to be. First we had Madonna, then Beyonce... now the new Queen is on the boards. :legend:
Wolf Boy 3,167
Does anybody think she looked a little... uncomfortable... during some of the Church scenes? Seems like her moves were kind of robotic. She's broken hearted, has two tigers next to her and has a garden on her head, i'd be robotic too. What an awkward chain of things. However, keep in mind that, although she does write her own music, her entire image, name and music style has been manufactured by her management and label. She's been quite open about that. She hasn't said anything of the sort. She's pointed out that her music isn't that different from her old stuff, which it isn't when you hear her older music, it's mostly all had a very vintage feel to it. The only thing she has agreed with is that she changed her name and took on an image that matched the tone of the album she was making, obviously to sell herself better, which is something even Amy Whinehouse did for her second album image wise. I was being sarcastic of course. ANYWAY, just read someone elses interpretation of the video which made sense. Lana did in fact die in the crash, the church/throne/crown of flowers is her in heaven. Also, the hallway scene with the opening door and the light ect.

satanpiss666 0
That was the interpretation I came up for the palace scene as well. I just don't really understand what the significance behind the American flag scene is...
