I had no idea he no longer identified as transgender?

"Our brother Robert, who became our brother Alexis, who became our sister Alexis, who became our brother Alexis, passed this morning September 11, at 12:32 am," Richmond posted on Facebook.

Such a poor way to describe someone.

Omg :(  I wonder what happened, that's sad.  I loved Alexis in Wedding Singer.

I'm confused and I don't mean it in a bigoted way at all. I thought that was referred to as gender fluid. What is the difference between gender fluid and gender suspicious?

I thought the same at first, but then it made sense... in the rest of the post, they refer to him using male pronouns. I think he was just clarifying that history of Alexis' gender identity so that people didn't attack for using male pronouns.

But I agree, it is an awkward way to lead off the statement.

I'm not sure, but I think Alexis was being cheeky by saying "gender suspicious"... I don't believe this is an actual term used within the trans community, but I could be totally wrong (someone please correct me if so!).
