Gaga gave iHeartRadio stations (aka, stations owned by Clear Channel media conglomerate) the exclusive world premiere of the song, lasting thru this weekend.

In other words, they have not sent the song to any radio stations yet, other than iHeartRadio stations (which is also the largest network in the world).

iHeartRadio have this "world premiere exclusive" from Thursday night last week thru the end of the day today.

Tomorrow, her label will officially release the song to radio stations worldwide, bringing the "deal" to an end.

However, this does not stop non-iHeartRadio stations from downloading the song on their own and playing it this weekend.

The next week 'deal' is just a formal thing, I'm sure that most stations already added PI in their playlist.

Now all depends on the GP and we, as fans, have problems with diggerating it, specially me. I hope that the album drops in November and then we'll have the second single because this lead doesn't do much.

That's not how it works. The deal ended Friday night.

The radio deal was Friday. Hourly radio airplay through iHeart Radio Stations. The reason why it's still increasing a lot is because A. Its a new song and B. Interscope has pushed the song all week (Payola)

What we need to watch out for is a possible rolling effect beginning next week. Meaning, all of the rush of the new song slows down.

EDIT: Also, her adds date is Tuesday (or Monday). But that doesn't mean much at this point, because radios do have the song already. They will likely be playlisted this week. Over the weekends you'll notice there may be less spins, and thats because weekends are mainly countdowns of previous top 40 singles.

And it's going to decrease like hell then.

No it won't. The rolling effect is completely normal. The update on Friday will account for Airplay from days 1-7. The update on Saturday will account for days 2-8 by subtracting day 1's huge airplay and then it will continue to rise.  This is to be expected with and song from a huge artist that has a big first day.

I know what it means, but after the promotion ends, so affer this week ends, I don't think the radio will stan for this song anymore

What makes you think she'll only promote for a week? Applause was promoted over the course of a month without proper management.

Applause US promo:

8/19 GMA video premier

8/25  MTV VMAs

9/9 GMA performance

Plus radio interviews

Currently Perfect Illusion is similar to Applause after 2 twos on iTunes

I was talking about the radio deal, not the whole song promotion. Roar sold 400k, if I'm not mistaken, Closer is predicted to sell 200k, so PI is doing worse than Applause now. Analyse the ratio, but include the predictions also. PI is predicted to sell 100k, Applause=216k. Also, by the end of the week I think that PI will be around #6. It has't had any green update at all since the first day.
