It's cute on a non-single song like FOHL because i listen to it every once in a while but not on her comeback lead single. I was planning to listen to this song on repeat but now on the 5th listen i'm done with it since half of the song just sounds like filler noise to me. Gaga does what's called in music a "truck driver modulation" where she goes to another pitch/key suddenly with no build up to it. Hence the truck driver part.
