It’s not out of nowhere, she literally has a new song with Zach Bryan doing between 1.5M and 2M or more which puts more people into her music and puts her music on the rotation of anyone who plays the track with auto play.

She apparently has 10 songs with over 1 Billion streams on Spotify.

9 solo and 1 her collab with The Weeknd.

Her streaming numbers have always been very strong. She’s not a charting artist, but she has a very dedicated fan base. She’s regularly one of my most streamed artists. She doesn’t need a new album to sustain her numbers, especially when she routinely drops songs or collab with other artists. And with 8 albums of material to stream.
