But to be honest I think that the meaning of this song is way simpler, so it can be pretty relatable. Also she wouldn't sing "it wasn't love" for an album that she loves so much. The underperformance of ARTPOP never affected her love to it because it's her own creation. It's not OK to say him that you will kill him and he needs to die(Twitter). He didn't deserve that even if song is really about him. But who said PI was about him? You should read Gaga's interview in German newspapers when she was asked about inspiration. She wrote in her Instagram post 2 MONTHS AGO(when PI was probably finished/almost finished) that she loves him and he's her soulmate. And now she would do this in front of the whole world? And didn't you see new AHS Twitter post? "Has it all been a Perfect Illusion? The truth is revealed Wednesday. #AHS6" - so it can all be connected with AHS. Before you write some nonsense you concluded because of no good reason you should think a bit(I'm writing about Twitter fans). People have feelings and it hurts.
