I honestly don't think she will, though. Rise is supposed to be a dual Olympics song and a pro-Hillary song, so she can't start disowning it until the election is over, and that isn't until November 8th, so I think we're safe. I honestly don't expect her album until early next year at the absolute earliest. She said at the press release of Rise that she's taking her time with her new album. I think she's taking a big risk by taking such a break...but it's all the better for Gaga fans! Seriously, we were moaning about how long Gaga was taking to start her new era and yet here she is, doing it, despite the fact that Katy released before her last time, meaning that technically, she should be coming after her. I wonder if Katy fans are ranting for the same reasons that we were last month? Katy's left her fans in the dark about her album even more than Gaga has.
