I didn't think Glory stood a chance against Florida Georgia Line anyway so i wasn't expecting a #1. Their last album sold 197K albums in its first week. Britney Jean sold 107K

 

And Barbra would've beaten her too if this wasn't a Broadway album. People are less likely to buy that than they were Partners

I really doubt she can reach the top. She struggled to reach the #3 position last time.

I'm torn because I love them both. I hope Britney gets #1 though, she's very into it this era

It depends, i see the same demographic looking at this album, but if broadway people want to hear her sing that whole crowd will buy her album. When theatre stans come out from hiding, they hit hard. She's also been number one on pre orders for 3 days.

Her fanbase kinda didn't even buy her music that era, most who bought it were upset with the album. Mainly cuz of the streaming early/leak revealed how bad the music was. More people are interested and i saw on another site that she has more pre orders than fifth harmony, kelly clarkson (piece by piece which also debuted at number one), and her pre orders are almost up to 55K.
