whore 11,447
Homogenic and Vespertine by Björk have honestly carried me through life because all of the songs are relatable to me. Homogenic gives messages of strength and courageousness while Vespertine shows that it is alright to be sensitive and vulnerable. Erotica by Madonna changed my views on taboo subjects, and even demonstrated bravery, because Madonna was able to express herself (pun intended), almost ruining her career, all in the means of art and self-expression. Stephen 30,432
Some of you are definitely just putting your favorite albums In terms of albums that had actual impact on me and not just **** I bopped to or enjoyed - The Fame Monster, Born This Way, Electra Heart, and Pure Heroine. Some of my favorite albums (others) didn't really impact me at all other than being good music and I don't really listen to Pure Heroine at all anymore but it did impact me at the time. So there.
