Nothing special about it - Katy cannot sing, for me the vocals don't go with the music and she didn't do anything new. I guess sticking to the same formula works for her - the general public will eat it up and make this an undeserved smash hit, much like most of the top hits of the past couple years; another generic pop song to be overplayed on the radio. I do consider myself a Katy Perry fan (I really thought Prism was a pretty good pop album), but this is just garbage... and to release it the same night as Britney Spears' "Make Me" to capitalize on the Taylor Swift drama just blows my mind.
