If it's no longer than 4-5 minutes and the song does well on radio. Even an Applause sized radio hit will get there IMO

If it's catchy, appealing to a wide array of audiences, and has a short video, I think it's very likely.

After all this wait I wouldn't be satisfied with a short video. I don't care about views. I like her long videos.

Nothing she releases will ever be that big again.

Anything above 350M will be a huge success for her. I think it could but it would take 3-5 years :laughga:

If there's room in youtubers heart, it'll get there :interestinga:

But the hit will only come with the second single:wtfga:, the first will have 750 million in 3 months.

You don't understand, LG5 is either 10 million max or 1 billion. Or she's over/goes away from mainstream or she's just doomed.

It's a possibility, if the song is GP friendly, approved by fans, and the video has a simple concept.

I don't think so. Applause has 250M views. Gaga needs to recover and I don't know how. Because songs which sold less than Applause have like 3x more views than Applause lool

If the song is as well received as those mentioned in the OP, then possibly. A video is great, but the song will make or break if the video will flop or not. If the song flops, then the video will too, even if the video itself is fantastic

I mean, look at G.U.Y., the video is above and beyond and truly amazing, but the song didn't do as well as we all would have hoped, so the video essentially flopped.

It doesnt always mean that the song will make or break if the video will flop or not. Sorry but that is simply NOT true. :diane:

Rihannas work was flopping hard and the  music video saved it and helped to launch it to the billboard 1. Spot so...

Needed me is a better song than work but yet again it had a super boring and unimaginative video, and the song flopped because of the video, or didint hit its full potential if the flop is a to harsh word for you.

On the other hand, Edge of glory is a great song but was ruined with a boring and low budget video.

the ideal would be a great song and a great music video of course, but that is rare these days...

and sorry but for me The G.U.Y had some really nice scenes and was filmed beautifully but it was too long, with some trashy cameos, and etc. It didint help the fact it was her last music video from the era either. Trust me if you ask someone from the GP what they think about the video they will say its boring, and meh. :awkney:
