In fact, if anything, that was closest to the "BTW message" As she said, that concept is not about being born a certain way, it's about having the ability to be reborn over and over again. Hence the thematic allusions to freedom and being on a journey where death is not an end, but a victory.

I guess in that respect even her self-contradictions are correct

besides I don't believe she has surgery or anything I think it's all just makeup and age.

BTW was about spiritual rebirth, not your actual birth. She could have as much plastic surgery as she wanted to, and she would not be contradicting her message. BTW is about becoming the person you were truly born to be.
