When a referendum ends in such a small majority, another referendum should be held. This might be the opinion today, but tomorrow it's 49%, yesterday 52%, the next day 47%, the other day 52.5%. Well before wherever you were going almost you could just buy tons of stuff cause the pound was strong in comparison to other currency. Well technically it will impact EU citizens that live in the UK and the other way around, because they will need to have work permit or something like that. But for refugees and stuff it's not like the EU imposed any quotas on the UK so yes it's BS.
