Ps: Any news about the tournament thing? Rules, tiers, whatnot? I want to prepare a well-rounded team but I'd also need time, SuMo makes EV training really tedious or maybe I'm just not using the proper resources.

I've gotten almost all of the Power Items now, a couple Everstones, and I'm working on getting a Destiny Knot next. But other than Vitamins and Poke Pelago, I don't know the ideal spots for getting the most EVs/can't figure out Festival Plaza to save my life.

I traded them for Magmortar like this:

Butterfree lvl 41 as the main with Thief move and Compound Eyes ability, found a Magby and got it to a little health with Tackle and then SOS chaining with Thief until my butterfree stole a Magmarizer from one of them

did it 17 times

then I bred and evolved 18 Magby to Magmar and gave to each of them a Magmarizer, GTS traded them for a Magmortar and the Magmortar for a Silvally

Took me 3 days to do this..

Oh, I knew about the three ones that the Aether Foundation created, but I was meaning like how did you get 18 Type: Null lol, but I guess you just traded for them

Not sure whether or not to finally start breeding for IVs  Usually in past games I just do EVs and nature and call it a day, but I'm always on the brink of going into IVs but it just seems so complicated and time consuming that I get cold feet and back out

I spent an hour shiny hunting Salandit, but then I gave up because I was too tired. I decide to continue with the storyline and enter the Diglett cave and bam - a shiny Alolan Diglett appears.

Guys I have a question about natures and stuff but it's after the main storyline  PLEASE HELP

If you kill Tapu Koko when fighting it the first time after the festival, I've heard that you can fight him again later anyway. But if you kill him and fight him again, is his Nature pre-set from the first fight?  If it is then I'll need to Synchronise a Nature onto him from the first fight which you can't even save before, you have to rebattle the champion and go through the huge cut-scenes again  

If it's not and you can Synchronise a nature onto him on the second fight then that's not an issue I guess, because I can work towards that later

It's not pre-set. They're both different fights. It's weird cause theres only one Tapu Koko but the nature system treats it like there's two.

Are you 1000% sure?  Because I'm really not looking forward to resetting my game and having to put in 35 hours to get back to where I am and what I have if it's pre-set

I'm literally in the same position as you, I killed him on accident and got upset and quit playing after that.

This broke my heart  I caught him but then I was like "wait I don't like this nature and I can't fight him again if I've caught him  " so I didn't save and restarted and now I'm back to the beginning of the Elite 4 and filling my Pokedex to kill time until all's clear and clarified

Wasn't sure if I needed to go and breed a billion Abras with different natures and take that with me into the Elite 4 so I can Synchronise as soon as Tapu Koko pops up later
