Basically...no soul, no alternative rock, no grunge, no whatever Amy Winehouse is...and most of all nothing even remotely similar to jazz. People who disagree can stay pressed. She can bring her 70s glam influence and add some funk from Ronson and make it sound more fresh. Would be here for Gaga shredding a guitar solo during the song's climax for the live performances. Gaga could totally pull off rock But the alternative rock style is so distant from the glam and gaudy style of Gaga's performance art. If she has an alternative rock song on the album, the rest of the album has to have a similar style, or else it won't be cohesive. This means that even the whole style of Gaga's performance will have to change. It's like jazz. It's so different from how Gaga does things. That's why she doesn't put it in her solo albums. Btw Gaga has done other songs that are influenced by other types of rock before (Electric Chapel, You & I) and I'm totally fine with that. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
