No. Despite being bisexual, the f-word isn't hers to reclaim. The amount of crap she'd receive from people would've been ridiculous as well.

I feel it is pretty unlikely that she would use that word, even in an "empowering" context. Why would she risk offending her largest fan base demographic? I just don't see it. 

I didn't watch the video, but I guess she sang it that way? Even still, that was probably just on a whim. "Bad kids" does sound a lot like it in the song. Just because she used it that one time doesn't mean that was the original lyric.
