Yet back in the day, when Gaga released the video for Bad Romance she had these weird huge eyes, and everyone wondered how she did it. Some even thought it was make up, which makes no sense. It seems like it's similar technology like this snapchat thing. And it was a video, in motion, so it couldn't be photoshop. What do you think? I think it's circle contacts with applied make-up like you see in all the YouTube tutorials the look has spawned. The make-up is probably edited on a computer to make it look more natural. Like, the white under and above her eyes are probably added make-up layers while the circle contacts would've filled almost her entire natural eye.
