BloodyVelvet 918
What a moment. This song is so underrated and so will be this live version. I still love it very much. I stand by what I said when the record dropped : I can hear the Bruce Springsteen references and I AM HERE FOR IT. ABRⱯCADⱯBRA 2
Ladle Ghoulash 49,317
An unexpected highlight. The new arrangement is gorgeous, the vocals are excellent, and the way it fits into the overall pacing/structure/tone of the whole show really breathes new life into it. SleepingSun 1,100
The melody of this song always mesmerized me, its almost as if it tells a story in itself. This deep longing for a beloved person woven into the very fabric of Blade of Grass makes me feel things despite being aro/ace The requiem version only brings out this feeling even more, being slightly more somber, yet still positive. One second I'm a troll, then suddenly the troll is me.
Killa 18,740
Honestly loved It I have tò Say contrary tò the album and tour, the final segment of this concert and album were tighter. It shows that the production of this Song on the album buried an otherwise beautiful Song with beautiful lyricism
Taumaturg0 1,321
I liked the studio version ( I know I'm a minority there), but this is such an improvement
GreenEyes 1,130
I love this version. For some reason I can’t connect with the album version, whether it’s the production or her vocals, it just needed to be freed like this in requiem.
