Why are y'all acting like knowing how to make yourself known is a rocket science? It just takes a good observer of what artists did to be successful. Nobody is laying out budgets or booking shows here. It's all suggestions.

I think it depends on who you are.

But there is a certain delusion to wanting to be a manager to Gaga.

Because Gaga, being Gaga, would probably be labeled as "problematic" or "diva" or "controlling" just because she is super involved and has alot of creative freedom when compared to other artists. Though interscope seems to lend many of their artists their freedoms. Unlike certain record companies *gives Sony enough side eye to level Mt. Everest*

So you'd have to convince Gaga to do what you'd want her to do. But from has happened previously in Gaga's career, it is obvious that Gaga does a lot of whatever the f*uck she wants. I think her manager's job is just to make sure nothing too awful happens. Or that Gaga doesn't hear too many awful things.

And little managers is a term I believed born from the Born This Way era, and Gaga's overexposure, and the fandumb extraordinary need for a single to close the era that wasn't Marry the Night.

While there is some delusion going on the side of those who want her to be happy and would support her if she exited pop music, there is probably an equally serious delusion going on the little manager's side of the fence.

Managers make lots of $$ anyway, so thank you

except for the fact that she aint paying YOU or any of her fans to manage her career. people call out "little managers" because they act like they can do better than the person she is actually paying to manage her career. half of us don't know everything it takes to manage somehow like her so it's pointless and easy for someone to sit behind a computer and act like they can do better.

Like I said, it's all just fun and speculation. But if you want Gaga's world and career to collapse again with another ARTPOP then that's fine I guess.

I don't know about you but it's a great feeling when I hear Gaga being talked about in public or on the radio. It shows me that their appreciating true art.

i don't think anyone (including gaga and her manager) want another era to go the way of ARTPOP but the public will decide if they want her back in the spotlight or not. she can go as "mainstream" and basic as she wants but if the radio listeners have had enough of her, that's it for her no matter who is her manager.

she has a new manager now and I'm sure her career is in a better position than it has been in years.

It is easier to talk than to actually do it, hunty. Trust that many of these suggestions were similarly done by another singers already, and not all of them get successful. It's showbiz, you either get really big or going nowhere.

Depends on what type of manager you are because I know plenty of people who have the title "manager" but their bank account says otherwise.  :usrs:

I'm pretty sure people (or at least myself) at the end of the day want her to be successful, but to sit up here and over analyze her or her manager choices as if we know or are involved with the music industry is dumb. Sure, things seem easy when we're not involved, but I'm pretty sure it's harder than it seems. Most of the people who think their plans would work flawlessly would jump boat after their first day being involved in the industry because it isn't easy as it seems.

Sh*t happens, all we can do is move forward and hope she nor does her management make the same mistakes.
